Very likely to have sap for brew day at Maple Bay. Jon Throop said they'll be able to donate sap, at a minimum, but they're unsure if we can brew on site again.
Suds N' Snow involvement is not happening. We will be part of a summer event, possibly at Timber Ridge.
Looking into the possibility of the Michigan Homebrew Festival instead of summer TC festival. It's August 16-19, in Livonia. It's three days of homebrewers sharing free beer, so what's not to like?
Possibility of having food catered for the spring party (likely early April at Aaron Spangler's again). Working on developing a spreadsheet for beer people will bring.
We're working on sending out thank you cards to sponsors from NMHG.
Prizes – Brian and Bruce. Coming along.
Dean Wiltse from Envirobright Solutions made a presentation. He said the biggest evolution in brewing is in disinfecting. They have a paracetic acid, environmentally friendly. 99.99% cleanliness. They hope to have a homebrew-size product to sell at UBrew that's similar in cost to Star-San, but doesn't leave a film.
